1. General Information
Duo Verde Twin Garden Apartments is a private accommodation located in Kremasti, Rhodes, Greece.
By making a reservation through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Reservations
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the booking form has been successfully completed and full payment of the total amount has been received.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during the booking process.
A confirmation email with booking details will be sent after successful payment.
A minimum stay of three (3) nights applies.
3. Payments
We accept payments through Stripe, which securely processes all transactions on our behalf.
The following payment methods are supported:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- iDEAL
- Klarna (Pay in 30 days, Pay in installments, or other options depending on the customer’s country)
By completing a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider (Stripe, Klarna, iDEAL).
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
No reservation is considered confirmed until the payment process has been successfully completed.
Guests will receive a booking confirmation email after successful payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 20 days before arrival are fully refundable.
No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 20 days before arrival.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
Access instructions and the security code for the key lockbox will be sent to guests via email shortly before arrival.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Respect the property and its furnishings
Avoid excessive noise
Not host parties or events
Respect the peaceful residential character of the area
The property is located in a residential area and is intended for peaceful stays.
7. Damages
Guests are kindly asked to take care of the property and its furnishings during their stay.
Guests are responsible for any damages resulting from negligence, misuse or intentional actions.
Normal wear and tear or technical issues that may occur during the stay are not the responsibility of the guest.
In the event of any damage, the matter will be discussed between the guest and the property owner in good faith in order to reach a fair and reasonable solution regarding any repair or replacement costs.
8. Cleaning During Stay
Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request during the stay, subject to availability and possible extra cost.

9. Communication & Support
We remain available throughout your stay for any assistance or recommendations.
Guests can contact us via email or telephone at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
The property owner shall not be held responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
The property owner shall not be liable for accidents, injuries or illness that may occur on the premises, except where liability is required by applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
The property shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or other extraordinary events.
In such situations, alternative solutions such as date modification, credit voucher or partial refund may be discussed in good faith between both parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law.
